During the early spring I can barely focus. I drop things. I am very forgetful. This seems to be how allergies affect me. I tried this one year out of desperation and it REALLY worked for me. I am out right now and can't wait to get more. Within 2 days I can function and concentrate better. And I do agree with the other reviewers: It is hard to dissolve completely in the water and sludge is in the bottom of the glass. I keep adding water until I get every last bit. Also, store the powder in the refrigerator to keep it from clumping in the container. NOTE: I tried the capsule form of this once and it did not work for me.
